Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the “Cube Puzzle XR” application for Meta Quest. The app is developed and published by Individual Entrepreneur Sergii Kulish (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1) What data we collect

We do not collect personal data. Cube Puzzle XR works offline and does not transmit, store, or otherwise process user content on our servers.

Platform diagnostics. Platform providers (e.g., Meta) and engine/runtime vendors (e.g., Unity) may automatically receive limited diagnostics (such as crash reports, device model, OS version, performance metrics) in accordance with their policies. We do not access or control these diagnostics.

2) Mixed Reality camera & sensors

To enable Mixed Reality features (passthrough and plane/mesh detection), the app uses device camera and environmental understanding on the headset. All such processing is performed on-device. We do not receive or store camera images or environment scans.

3) How we use data

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not use or share it. Any platform diagnostics are handled by the respective provider to improve technical stability/performance.

4) Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Platform diagnostics, if any, are governed by the privacy policies of Meta and Unity.

5) Data retention & deletion

We do not retain personal data. There is nothing to delete on our side. To manage platform-level diagnostics, follow the privacy tools offered by Meta or your device OS.

6) Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7) International transfers

We do not transfer personal data across borders because we do not collect it. Any platform diagnostics are handled by platform providers under their policies.

8) Your rights

Since we do not process personal data, typical data-subject rights (access, deletion, correction, opt-out) do not apply to us. For platform diagnostics, use the privacy tools provided by Meta or your device.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. The “Effective Date” indicates the latest version.

Website analytics (this page only)

This policy describes the app’s data practices. Our website (xr-meta.com) may use basic web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) for aggregate visit metrics. These analytics are separate from the app and do not affect your in-app privacy.
