Stage 1 — White Cross

White center on top. Find the white edges.

• If the edge is in the middle → R or L’ to bring it to the top.
• If the slot is occupied → U / U’ / U2, then R or L’.
• Goal: white cross on top and each edge’s side color matches its side center.

Stage 2 — First Layer (Corners)

Bang Bang = R U R' U'

• Case 1: White looks away → Bang Bang.
• Case 3: White looks up → Bang Bang ×3.
• Case 5: White looks at you → Bang Bang ×5.

Goal: full white face with matching side colors (complete first layer).

Stage 3 — Second Layer (Edges)

Find a non-yellow edge and line it up with its side center.

• Target goes to the left of the center: U' (Left Bang), y' (Right Bang).
• Target goes to the right of the center: U (Bang Bang), y (Left Bang Bang).
• Wrong edge inserted: (Right Bang) y (Left Bang) to take it out, then insert correctly.

Tip: y = rotate the whole cube around the vertical axis.

Stage 4 — Yellow Cross

Make a cross on the yellow face.

• Stick: F (R U R' U') F'
• Checkmark: F (R U R' U' R U R' U') F'
• Dot: repeat until you get Stick/Checkmark and then the Cross.

Perfect Yellow Cross (Edge Alignment)

Rotate the top so two edges match their side centers:

• Adjacent matches → place at Right + Back.
• Opposite matches → place at Front + Back.

Formula: R U R' U R U2 R' U

Stage 5 — Top Corners (Yellow)

Corner permutation: U R U' L' U R' U' L

• If one corner is already correct → keep it on the right and repeat until all 4 are placed.
• If none are correct → do it once; one corner becomes correct → put it on the right and repeat.

Stage 6 — Rotate Yellow Corners (Orientation)

Formula: R’ D’ R D

1. Hold the cube yellow up; wrong corner at front-right.
2. Do the formula 2 or 4 times until that corner is oriented.
3. Without turning the whole cube, rotate only U to bring the next wrong corner to front-right; repeat.
